Shah, who apparently has great taste, has to spend 10 minutes in his cage, and I get to purchase new shoes. And be sad about the most perfect shoes’ death. Goodbye, dear shoes. We had a great ride together.
Those shoes looked awesome. Sad to seem them go. But how can you be mad at that face.
Ramblings of a Small Town Girl
Luckily for him, he does have a cute face! 🙂
oh no! how old/what breed is he? he looks like a retriever or setter.
He is a 7 month old chocolate lab. Thankfully, this is his first offense. I just wish he had chosen a different pair…..
poor shoes.
he may have started to outgrow the amount of exercise he was getting – try running him a bit more than usual before he works out his extra energy on another pair!
I ran him for quite sometime this morning! I hope it works! 🙂
I have two labs, one is 7, one is 3… they stay ‘puppies’ for so long but it’s totally worth it! The Nylabone Galileobone has been a lifesaver for us!
Ohhhh nooooo. They were real beauties! But you shall love again!
I’ve had a couple of similar shoe deaths – the culprit (Layla) is spread throughout my blog posts. It’s hard to be mad when they’re that cute and look at you with those eyes, though!
Andi of Tights and Bites
I feel your pain! When my dog was a puppy she chewed up bags, shoes (though they usually werent mine), and a $400 ipod!! I almost brought her back to the store 😛 I found the best way to deal with chewing is to give them something that they are allowed to chew, like bones or toys. My dog plays with these things and stays away from my stuff now! although she is a bit older. Trust me though, it works, and is alot cheaper then replacing shoes 😛
